Cogne, set into the landscapes of the Gran Paradiso National Park at 1534 m., overlooks the green meadows of Sant’Orso and encompasses the Gran Paradiso and Mont Blanc glaciers.

In winter time, 90 Km of cross country ski tracks go through the woods and nature. A small alpine ski area in Montzeuc will permit you to practice all winter sports easily.

In summer time Cogne offers several walks that go into natural sceneries where you could bump into chamois, ibexes and marmots.
