As the Controller of your Data Processing (hereafter referred to as “Controller”) La Madonnina del Gran Paradiso Wellness Hotel with registered offices in Rue Laydetré no. 7, 11012 Cogne (AO) P.IVA: 00176060077, in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereafter referred to as “Privacy Code”) and Article 13 of Regulation UE 679/2016 (hereafter referred to as “GDPR”), hereby informs you that your personal data (name, surname, company name, Fiscal Code and Tax ID, profession, telephone numbers and email addresses) obtained through enquiries, requests for information made via email, fax or completing the “Booking online” form and/or via telephone information enquiries, will be processed as follows in order to satisfy your requests:

Personal data you transmit to the Controller are processed both by automated and traditional methods. “Processing” means the collection, registration, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection and extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data (Article 4 Privacy Code and Article 4 GDPR).

The list of individuals authorised to process your data is held by the Controller. If you wish to consult the list you are required to send a written request via email to hotel@lamadonnina.com or a registered postal letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the company’s offices at the hotel in Rue Laydetré no. 7, 11012 Cogne (AO).

Data transmitted voluntarily by the Interested Party.

If the client provides additional data to those explicitly requested via email or postal letter, they shall be processed in full compliance with the law and deleted if they are surplus to the processing purposes.

Certain personal data are collected by the computer systems and software procedures used during normal operation of the website www.lamadonnina.com.
